What a great way to start the week. Decided to weigh in and see if the scale worked yet. It usually just displays the Error message, but this morning it read 399. That makes 36 lbs this last month. Still feeling like it should all be gone yesterday, but this is just the beginning. It is really amazing what you can eat if you just learn how to avoid the hidden calories. Digging out the other old exercise equipment that I have bought over the last 15 years and looking forward to using them. Life is good!

Yay! You're dedication is paying off. You are right about eating and avoiding the hidden calories. I think I eat more now than I did when I was my heaviest. It's all about what you eat and I'm finding that I'm enjoying food more now (enjoying the right way). Thanks for sharing your journey.
