Please do not get discourage. You have come so far and you are going to get to that goal. I notice lately you have been stressing and maybe this can cause that. I see meandjorge posted by increasing fiber intake. Try That. I know I have not lost for the past 2 weeks straight and I am like ok. I am trying to see what I can Do different and I notice I have been stressing about losing and now I need to start enjoying me again. I know you can do it because you have done excellent but do not get depressed about it. Just think positive, regroup yourself and start fresh. DAY TO DAY.

I completely understand your frustration - that happened to me on the BFC and after struggling I decided I needed to change my eating to something new. You are getting close to your goal weight, so perhaps the weight loss will be slower. In addition to fiber, try drinking more water. I totally get the depression - it is really hard to accept a gain when you are doing all the right things. Unfortunately our bodies don't cooperate with our actions at times. HANG IN THERE!

I also stalled and ended up watching my carb grams and keeping them closer to 30 than to 120. I do really well around 30 - 40 grams. My blood sugars are lower and I feel better and started losing again.
