Having to lose weight again is tough at least I have the will power and I have sorted out major medical issues that lead to my rebound. Looking forward to the journey and already feeling better after 2 days. Time will tell but I will give it my best go. I measured my ketones this morning and my body has started Ketosis so that's good. My aim is to lose as much as I can in next 3-4 months with low-mild exercise and then add more activities such as Trail riding, tennis or basketball that are fun but chew up calories quickly.
