I GOTTA STOP DOING THIS! Mercy, mercy, mercy - I don't even want to THINK about what I ate yesterday coming off the prior day's fast. Another day, another fast - gotta get in a walk (or three). I was off from Friday afternoon till this morning and I think I'm going to be rather disappointed (albeit, not entirely shocked) when I step on that scale tomorrow morning. Oh well!

I know the feeling. I finally got the xmas weight off today, but I have a Star Wars party to go to tonight. Kinda dreading tomorrow's weigh in. Wish me luck...

Reset, Reset, just get back on the train. You're on a downward trend, and that's important. I created a fasting challenge starting the 1st you might be interested. Either way keep up the good work!!!

You are doing fine! As long as the overall numbers are slowly going down, it’s the right direction. I noticed my weight seesaw’s up and down, and then goes down a little more, then seesaw’s, then heads down a bit again. I put on 4 pounds during Christmas week, but am keeping below my allotted calories so those 4 come off quickly. Good luck! Happy New Year!
