Woke at 220.0, up 1.2 from yesterday as the holiday water weight sticks around. At home all week so I will have the opportunity to take Lasix and flush out with lots of water and coffee to try to get the water weight back down. Really interesting to see that my resting heart rate went from 47 before the holidays to 61 yesterday. I imagine that is my body trying to burn the extra calories. Did some research and did not find a correlation between resting heart rate and fat burning metabolism. Two different things based on the places I found. UPDATE: Ate an early lunch and an early dinner and then went to the Kennedy Center to see 'An American in Paris.' Really outstanding dancing. Loved it. Came home and got a 219.0 before bed. More flushing out tomorrow.

I didnt go off plan but I took NyQuill and that makes me retain fluids

I took off 26th and gained weight - I want to work everyday LOL - Great heart rate at 47 - That was back in the day , the Doctors freaked out about low blood pressure but was hypertrophy with the heart ( strong heart ) - You are healthy as a horse - On drag racing , do you get to see many or have reporters?

Both heart rates sound good. I don't know that mine is ever as low as 47. I don't have a heart rate monitor but it's always between 65-90 at my doctor appointments and they always tell me it's fine. There are so many things we can track! It can be overwhelming.
