I have no idea what to order tonight!

I'm being a Secret Shopper for the Cheesecake Factory tonight, and after working there for 6 years, I should have known that this would be a bad idea for my diet. Even more so for my wallet. Looking on here for what they have listed, even the "Weight Management" salads are all over 10pts each. Ugh! How terrible is that? And the grilled salmon or mahi mahi is $19.95! I'm not going to over do it tonight at the restaurant. We just have to order an entree or an appetizer, so if we order two appetizers as entrees, I think that'll work. Oh and we have to order an alcoholic beverage. I'm going to get a Strawberry Martini. Those are delicious!

I'm just being cranky. My weight was up by another .4 this morning, I don't understand how considering how hard I worked out last night, but whatever. I think I may just walk tonight instead of running and walking. I worked out for 3 hours and 15 minutes yesterday. With nothing but a gain to show for it. That is the worst part of all of this, when you work so hard only to see a gain. So, I'm going to just relax on the exercise and let it happen. I'll walk tonight, yoga tomorrow, and then I'll figure out the rest of the weekend. If it's nice, I'm going to go to a park to walk, because I can't be stuck indoors, and plus, because of the shower, I can't go to the yoga class on Saturday morning that I've been frequenting.

Okay, no more complaining. It's Wednesday, I got paid today. I have nothing to complain about, I'm just bitching for the sake of it.

omg I'd get the avocado egg rolls and the tamale cakes for SURE! and maybe the potstickers, yeah they don't go together but who cares. lol Im always off my diet when I go there and have to eat those, I've never ordered off the entrees just the apz lol your up fluct is just your sore muscles, DON'T let it fool you or upset you. drink your water to repair them :)

I agree w/ Cindy. Avocado egg rolls? Wow, that sounds good... The body always does that for some reason, when you've (literally) worked your ass off, it shows a gain. Just give it more time to register.

omgosh! Starla -only avocado and sun dried tomatoes.. but the sauce. yum! what is it Alli, cashew/Asian sauce?? sweet/tangy. mmmmmm... sorry Allicat, should of helped you diet wise huh?

It's a tamarind cashew sauce, cindy. And it is delicious. I looked up the calories and I really just thought that I was going to die :(

I didn't die. lol ok im sorry, no support. In fairnes we can use cal like that once in a while to throw our metab a curve ball and whip it back into shape. Again, I only eat that when I go to PHX cause I don't have one here. I indulge but know my limits. So what can you get? What are you getting?

What are you close to? I know that they just opened one in Tucson. And I know there is one in Chandler, Peoria, and Mesa. Oh...there's one more....Scotsdale! I don't know what I'm going to get, I'll have to decide when I'm there. It's evil! All I know is that I'm getting a Strawberry Martini, and I think that's all that matters, lol

You have to pay for your own food?? That stinks! But I know you get paid for it, so I guess it all works in the end. Anyway, your gaining weight from exercise - you need to drink more water. I was complaining about gaining after taking 2 kickboxing classes in a day - it was because my muscles were holding onto water because they were overworked.... or something like that... don't worry about it - you will totally come out as a "loser" in the end!!! Have a great dinner - and my favorite new drink is a Malibu Bay Breaze with a shot of Absolut on top....

Alli! The spicy chicken weight management salad is AMAZING!! I had it last weekend. :) Anyway, wanna mention something from ur journal yesterday. You said you ate under 1000 calories...I heard a couple days ago that no one should ever eat under 1000 calories in one day. It messes with ur electrolytes & metabolism. Not criticizing or yelling, because i do it too, BUT i'm just letting u know cause that might be the reason the scale didn't move/went up. :) I definitely recommend eating a little more tomorrow. Wendie it up! :)
