The thing I am continuing to notice by tracking is my continued carb overboard! Being pre diabetic, I really need to cut down!!!! Mainly, it is with my snacks---like onion rings, cereal bars, etc. I must plan my food the day before and avoid the fast food and prepacked bars. Fresh is better!
The good thing about today, even though I have gone a bit over my RDI, I don't feel hungry. I had a frozen dinner that was wonderful and not loaded with sodium--a bit high in carbs.
I am in a frenzy getting ready for my move out of my Mom's house and into a condo. Again, bittersweet but I am excited about having my own place.
