Today I am entering week three of my low carb weight - loss journey. I won't post my weight because its' embarrassing and discouraging. However, I am extremely happy with my progression in my body so far. I am entering into week three of low-impact aerobics, 3lb weight lifting upper & lower, and de-stress yoga. I have energy to half-way keep up with my 4 and 5 year old grands, when I bend down to pick up nothing pops, cracks, pains. I can get into some jeans that don't go on easy. So today I weighed in at 211. I'm not going to weigh in cause I don't want to see my graph until my weight starts moving in the right direction. So two things I've tightened up on this week: No grains, PERIOD. No chewing gum,PERIOD. Other than that, I don't believe I've done any other offenses against this diet. Short term goals: Dec.4 will make my 4th week entering this journey. Jan. 1st will make my 8th week into my journey. I'm looking forward to staying patient and disciplined.
