I am so frustrated. Down .4 pounds in 2 weeks. It would be different if I was almost at goal or had cheated here and there. But I am not and I did not. Oh well. At least it is down a bit. There is no way it will be noticeable by the party but I'll keep at it. Maybe it will be noticeable by our planned trip to Michigan.

My suggestion would be to cut carbs, by doing this you allow your body to burn body fat for energy rather than the food you just ate. You'll lost fat and weight lower carbs to under 20, good luck!

I think you may be correct. Think I am going back to the Atkins mindset rather than Keto. The macro focus may be throwing me off a bit. Honestly not sure there is much difference

I found the South Beach to be a better answer than the Atkins. Same premise, but healthier choices.

Keto is similar to Atkins induction phase; but tends to be higher fat and lower protein. Find the low starch veggies you like, keep carbs low, eat healthy fats, and keto along!

Oh and, if anyone suggests you need "carb up" days, ignore - your body takes time to adapt to fat burning but will switch back to glucose fueling quickly, any time you give it extra carbs.

Don't be discouraged, it happens, I have 106 lbs to lose, but I'm inspired by the success stories I see here every day.
