I came home in order to watch the Iron Bowl with my grandmother. War Eagle 🦅
Of course I had to step on the scale. I had on clothes and had been drinking liquids. Based on that - there was no change. Hopefully tomorrow's official weight will be down some. At least it should not be up 😊
The thing is - it is so disappointing to lose slowly when you are not cheating and are really paying attention to what you are eating. And when you have major motivation. But whatever the scale says I am sticking to it. It is crazy but I swear my face looks thinner already. And it is usually the last place to change. I'll check back in tomorrow 🤞🏻
