I've been all over the place with diets and quick fixes. I went to a nutritionist for a while when I was living in Central America, but the plan was designed for the food and lifestyle of over there and now that I am back in Mass it wasn't really working out. Being home brought back all sort of mixed emotions which added the 15lbs back that I had lost.

I decided to start Herbalife because it's a way to get all of my vitamins in during the day without having to worry about 2 meals. I work all day and have little time to prepare anything to take with me, and it cuts the cost of eating out.

So far I am loving it, the shakes are great, I feel full but not bloated. I am steadily seeing numbers drop. I look forward to what my future holds.
