due to the half term school
holidays and several trips to restaurants i reckon that explains the weight gain. also Sergey hasn't cooked soup. (normally eat soup every day ) so this could explain my constipation. maybe that's why I've gained weight as well. nothing coming out! !!@
126.5 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Similar problems with my digestion. I really must try to get more roughage into my diet.
