Good day yesterday; actually ate less than I probably should have, but things were hectic at lunch and I was too tired to eat much when I got home.
Today hasn't started as well, however. My manager brought in Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuits from Hardee's and I couldn't resist having one. Going to have to be especially diligent the rest of the day concerning unplanned snacking and exercise.
