something is magic, and my carb cravings are not as strong. I'm pretty happy about it. Not having that incessant hunger makes it easy to stay within my eating goals. Plus, I'm saving a ton of $. I'm not picking up things at the grocery store and devouring them in the car.

That's so great! I know when I follow as I should, every day I crave less and less carbs, junky carbs anyway. You're doing so well and you're definitely an inspiration to me as I re-start :)
