I will weigh in at gym later. After a few months of take aways and gyming 2 times a week, bad lifestyle and completely going off track. I decided this is the Monday I get my ass back into gear! no refined sugar, no refined carbs, processed food. I can do it. I have done it before. This time I'm reaching my goal and more! What do you guys think about cheat meals/days? I incorporated a cheat day previously and felt it didn't influence my weightloss I felt like I gave my body abit of a shock.
127.4 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
