Haven't been consistent with the gym in the past few weeks. Meetings or illness getting in the way. And I haven't quite had a stellar performance with my eating either. So although I am not happy about the weight gain I'm not surprised either. It could be a lot worse lol. I've just got to get my focus back. I seem to always get to this point. A point where I am just feeling comfortable but I always seem to jump off the bus at 'this' stop. This is NOT my bus stop. I'm getting back on to continue this journey to the end.
