I'm frustrated because I"m eating between 1300-1450 calories a day. I work out hard every single day. (well, hard about 3 x a week, 4 x a week a regular workout. I'm also retaining water, which I'm aware of, because of my cauliflower fried "rice" and my time of the month, so I'm hoping for a big whoosh once the water weight normalizes. Or SOMETHING.

The benefits, though, of my spinning every day is noticeable. So that part is good. My clothes fit better, and I'm feeling more healthy.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
