Day 2 of my first water fast, and I'm finally seeing a break in my plateau! I'm aiming for a full 7 to 10 day water fast. I've heard that days 2 and 3 are the worst and that day 4 and onward is fantastic, so I'm looking forward to that. Has anyone had any experience with water fasting?
