Rowing yesterday, abs today. 4 sets on the rotary torso, 45 lbs on the side bends. 20 120# crunches, 15 110, 15 100, 15 90. Jumprope and warrior poses..
174.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
