Good morning everyone. I rejoined my gym last night and went to Zumba class. After an hour of zumba i did an hour of cardio on the elliptical. I was SO disgusting sweaty but it felt good! Tonight I am going to kettlebell class. I'm excited!

Good for you girly- How did you do an hour on the eliptical on the treadmill????? I did 30 and honestly I looked like I had just hopped out of a pool my face was dripping sweat!!! That's awesome girl! :) Keep it up!
