BURN THAT FAT..goooood monday morning..started first of the month off right yesterday..took the day off an got rested..an of course on my days off i for some reason always eat badly..guess im thinking a day off gotta give me something to burn on the days i do workout..ate what was in house..well in freezer..but was a salt intake again last night right before bedtime again..pork sausages and pork rinds..not bad food..just salty food..yes retaining the water today..so be another day of sloshing when i walk..

re adjusted food menu this morning..might not be wise..but trying to cut salt down in food menu..i know im getting enough salt..i put fizz/electrolytes in my water when i workout/ride...alot of it..is nothing on tv...i get bored...food is the wrong friend to have...

just got home from afternoon ride..did 11.4..plus 25 this morning..36.4 for the day...gotta get the extra..glen says he needs 200 miles..since hes been slacking...lol...
