@nour diet is 80% diet, 20% exercise. So I try to be careful with the food I eat. Stick with natural food as much as possible. They're better for your waistline and overall health 💕 Try one healthy habit at a time, don't stress. You can look for JINI Wellness or DanoFit on youtube. They have very good tips on weight loss. All the best!
