Agh I got wet in the rain and now I have the flu. Been avoiding going to the doc for a week but I'm going today.

I just hate how the flu messes up my progress.

howz your immune system? perhaps some extra vitamins would help, getting the flu often could mean your immune system isnt working at its peak. Hope you get well soon buddy

Try having afew immune boosting smoothies (blueberries, pineapple and Kale, spirulina and maca type recipes) for 3-4 days along with 1000mg of Vit C and ACC 20. You'll feel a world of difference by the 3rd day. And mentally, ur stronger than the flu!

Just bought a sack of oranges, a pineapple, kiwi fruit, apples, etc. I got wet in the rain this weekend and mom had the flu last week so it passed onto me. I'm going to take this week to just recover so not focusing on losing weight/fat this week. Will get some vitamins 2moro to help things along :) Thanks everyone :)

Hay bboptimus, do yourself a favor if you get a chance to buy a book called, "you can heal your life" by Louise Hay. It is very very good and I have not been sick since I've read it. Maybe worth a try....👍

bad one bro. I usually jump my vit C up to 3grams a day trying to boost immune system and drink plenty liquids apart from flu tabs. Good luck usually you out 10 days. once symptoms are mild cycle gently to build immune. works for me. Good luck!
