Still holding under 150 staying under 40 carbs a day in happy with that 👍 I have a wedding tonight and birthday party tommorrow if I cheat a little I'll just resume by Monday ...the thing about this low carb diet is that I'm really not hungry so when I cheat it's not extreme the other diets was like ...I want that bag of Reece cup now 🤣
