Can't figure out what to do with my knee... it seems alright if I'm actually moving it, so I might try my Walk At Home DVD today... I don't think I'm ready to start doing lunges and deep knee bends or running kick ups today.

I am proud of myself because I worked out last night, I made a custom Upper Body and Cardio workout on the Wii Active. Time flies when you're using that thing! I worked out for over an hour, and burned like 400 calories. It was awesome, and i didn't strain my knee very much.
