Proud of myself, was 102kg in April 2017, 100kg in beginning of Aug 2017.
Since i started training and eating better in Aug i am now 96kg. My goal is to reach 85kg by end of 2017.
This is definitely a life style choice, to do all the necessary things daily to reach fitness/muscle/healthy body goals.
