Today I'm telling myself, "don't be a coward, tell the TRUTH!" I've been tracking for several days in a row, very tempting to skip today because I "blew it" with a chocolate muffin this morning, but here I am saying it. I need to hold myself accountable for my own actions. And I need to cut myself a little slack - just do better for the rest of the day, stay on track and everything will be fine. Just stay on track for the rest of the day!!!

Truth! One bad decision does not undo multiple days of discipline! It's what you do (now) going forward which counts!

Well said! The scale won't lie, especially when I tried to trick myself into believing one small bite won't hurt...

You've got a good attitude! If I blow it in the morning I normally figure the rest of the day is ruined too and don't eat right until maybe the next day. One chocolate muffin won't hurt you for long. Even if the scale ticks up a bit tomorrow or even the day after, it will come back down. You're doing great.

slip ups and weak moments are a part of this journey. Don't let one bite ruin your whole day. Tell yourself it is not too late to have a great day! Hang in there!
