Been a good girl for a few days and lost 1/4 pound! been on sunbed (i know its not good) but feeling better about looking browner really helps some how
I ve had loads of vegitables and done loads of walking this week everday Ive done at least 1 and half miles ! t the least!
Im hoping to loose slowly for my jollies x good luck to all

girl we are two in the same! Don't you just FEEL better with a tan! I know they aren't good for you also, but I still love it. I did learn I don't need to tan my face anymore due to some browning of my forehead probably from past sun exposure, but I love to have a tan. Matter of fact I may go tomorrow!
