Friday: Weight was exactly the same today as yesterday. 185.8. I am very dehydrated, so I think its staying down because of that, however Diet going very well. Sticking to 100-1200 als per day ...which I know does the job. I am still in a holding pattern with job. applying for every position that opens so eventually Ill get something.
