Here are my stats for August 3, 2017:

Weight: 141.25 lbs, down 2.25 lbs
Waist: 31" even, down 3/4 inches
Hips: 39" even, down 1/2 inch
Thigh: 22 5/8 inches, actually up a smidge (frowny face)
Body fat: 37.1%, down about .4%
BMI: 25.5, down .3

On Jan. 9, 2017 I recorded a weight of 147.5 lbs, and a waist measurement of 32 1/2", so that's some improvement. Or it could mean I'm just WAAAYYYYY too obsessed with my weight/measurements. But I think it's good to keep on top of this. Sometimes it's good to look back and see how far you've come. My DH and I are having a house built, and it's something like losing weight. We drive by the site every day. Seeing progress, even just a little, is SO EXCITING!!! But today nothing has changed, which makes me sad. Some day I'll reach my goal weight, and someday I'll move into my new house. Of course, both my weight and my house will need to be maintained, something I've never been very good at. I guess learning to maintain will be my next goal.
