I weigh the same as a small SE Asian Island, it's getting to me.
I have motivation issues as it's such a long journey to anything like a normal weight and TBH I don't help myself. Orlistat doesn't work for me.
I know my worst enemy is drink.
Wish I had better self control and didn't enjoy food :-(

I know just how you feel. I got completely off track after moving to a new country six months ago. Activity level lowered. Motivation died. Exploring new foods/varieties and over indulging in junk foods because the norm :(
Two years ago I had lost 87 lbs with only 20 to go. Now I'm back to needed to lose 50. It can get depressing sometimes.
