Big meal of 5 scrambled eggs. This will be one of two meals today. My early evening meal will need to be higher in fat and lower in protein with some leafy greens. Going to the grocery store this afternoon to pick up veggies and cheese.

I LOVE EGGS, I HAD THEM FOR DINNER TONIGHT TOO. I ADD 1/2 CUP OF EGG WHITES TO 2 LARGE EGGS. THIS WAY I GET FILLED WITH LESS FAT AND MORE PROTEIN.
