Today I began Medifast. Weighing in at 390.4. My goal is to loose 200 pounds, of which 100 pounds every 6 months or so. Both me and my husband are doing it together. He weighed in at 339.2.

I have a friend who lost 100 lbs in 6 months on Medifast. So I know it's possible. She didn't exercise regularly either. GOOD LUCK!
