Still losing weight, if slowly, but surely. This diet works... Not hungry, eating small portions. Not exercising due to arthritis - can't wait to exercise - hope to do so in the next couple of months - maybe by the beginning of February...if you're losing weight slowly like me have faith - you're losing and stick with it - a pound a week is 26 pounds in 6 months!

Have you tried glucosamine for your arthritis? It really does seem to help for me and I know some "older" folks who swear by it.
