YES...i got it right...my weekend ..last 2 days are perfect blend of exercise and very cautious food...( last dinner i had poori and channa masala...more fat!)...otherwise all other ..intakes were very choosy...and i felt more free of bloating...and that extra tyre from my waist line is slowly getting rid off..

am soo happy for it...
i am motivated...my fire inside will glow..until i reach that 70 in my scale....
super ...
