Feeling pretty down on myself lately, since I haven't seen much change in my weight lately. When I see my nutritionist I know she is going to talk to me about exercise. It's really hard when on the days I work two jobs add up to 15 hours, the other days I'm either tired or my family wants me to spend time with them. I also am so behind on things that need done at the house and just don't have any desire to tackle my list. I was so proud of myself, it isn't hard to keep track of what I'm eating with fat secret and what I eat during the day I can adjust what I can eat at night plus the weight just seemed to fall off until now. Hopefully she can help me understand why I have hit a plateau.

I think your mindset has something to do with weight loss also. I was all excited about losing weight and when it was happening I was thrilled, until it started to trickle off. I also am not happy with my full time job, at my age it's hard to find work in this town that is decent pay, this is why I have to work a full time and part time job. I had a good career for 14 years, after I went to back to school, company closed down 2 years ago and moved to Mexico. I have been looking for something better for the past 2 years, considered going back to school but with less then 10 years left to work, I would just be getting my school loan paid off about the time I retired. This is my mindset right now which is not the best for losing weight.
