As I hit 46 years old I watch my belly turn to jello. No matter how hard I try - no matter how much I exercise its not tightening up anymore. My body has shut down and my metabolism is gone. I exercise an hour on most days of the week and keep my calories below 1400. I have tried high protein/ no carb/ spent thousands on a doctor supervised protein shake meal replacement product. I dont think I want to subject myself to this pain any longer. I just have to let it go and realize its not going to happen for me anymore. I concede.

My friend Leann sells it here. She also was a rep for the protein meal replacement shakes I was using last year - but they are going out of business next month. She is trying to sign me up for V as well. It just seems that my body wants to sit where its at.
