OK, sooo back at it again. We started a "Biggest Loser" challenge at work & I am competitive and NEED to lose weight. So, here I am. This all started on 6/5/17 and by the 1st weigh-in last Monday I was down 13.8 lbs from my LC diet. Then all this past week I was in a yo-yo stall going from 211 - 210 all week. FINALLY just broke into 209 as of this morning. UGH!
I am excited since I got a BowFlex M3 this past Saturday from Facebook market for $500 less than what I would have paid online from their site. I'm breaking it in SLOWLY... I've done 5 mins twice and was sore for 24 hrs, LOL.
Ah well...
