well i am done day three...once again, not a problem. i should try to be a little more creative tomorrow...been eating a lot of the same foods for the last couple days. on a side/grosser note, i tend to be a lot more 'regular' when i eat better...i assume its b/c i'm getting more fiber? i don't really know, and yes, maybe TMI, but whatever, its how i am in general :D anyways, i'll weigh myself on monday maybe...see how its going by then. i'm doubting i'll lose anymore weight really...which is ok, just want to try and maintain what i'm at and tone up, eight minutes at a time :)
