Off the rails...

No excuses, just let the season (graduations, birthdays, and other celebrations) get the best of me.

It is hard to start all over, but that is the only way to get back on track: set up my calorie program and count every one for at least the next month.

Short term goal: 199 by September (my next check-in with the Doc)
Long term goal: 185 this time next year.

I am too close, and have come too far, to let this fall apart now.

6 AM - Noon: 400
Noon - 4 PM: 500
4 PM - 7 PM: 600
7 PM - Sleep: 000

Total 1500
204.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
