Weeeel...I finally admit I didn't do so well over the weekend. I was determined not to gain any weight, but I DID! Should have known, but oh well. Now I'm trying to re-lose 2 lbs to get back down to 146.5, and then maybe another lb by Friday. 1 down, 1 (or 2) to go, and then we'll try again to NOT gain over the weekend. Don't know why weekends are always so HARD!!! Gotta watch the calories - here's what I had for dinner last night: Tilapia & veggies, sautéed in olive oil with 1/2 cup brown rice. Probably will skip the brown rice tonight.
