We had a breakfast work meeting today and I was a little scared that it would be muffin and melons. Muffins are okay just empty calories and I don't really care for melons. They had both of those but to my surprise they also had couple of different egg and sausage bakes that were fabulous, at least the one I tried. I need the recipe! So my calorie count is a little higher today but I am rolling with it since I am getting my exercise in and am being mindful. Some days will be higher than others and that is okay. Here's to good health.

If breakfast is high, you could always skip a lunch and go for a long walk instead, and for sure pass on any snacks for the day.
