Mginz311's Journal, 17 February 2012

About two weeks passed since I started dieting and exercising and I haven't lost any more than before. Stuck at 130 and it is driving me insane. So maybe I should work out more, starting tomorrow I am going to do at least an hour in the morning on the treadmill and then at night a half an hour (start slow) of the Power 90 workout. I don't have that much time left and I need to be able to feel confident with my body and to feel like I do really look amazing on my wedding. In April I have my first dress fitting (I am trying to push it as far away as possible so that I can lose the weight I want) hopefully by then I will be almost 20 pounds lighter. But I know the chances of that happening as slim (But maybe not?) If I try A LOT harder and keep to a my diet and exercise then maybe I will make it! I really do hope so because I want this day to be amazing and I want myself to feel amazing about my body. So I know I keep saying this but twice a day at least of working out and def keep to my 5 small meals a day...and drinking water, lots and lots of water. If its not now then I don't know when!!!
