Been a huge bum today... I'm not sure why but I woke up really tired, and literally just lounged all day. Just going to keep the calories low and hopefully tomorrow I'll have my energy back. I can't let too many days go without working out or else I start feeling really guilty, even though I think my weight-loss occurs mostly as a result of watching my food intake... Still wearing ankle weights even just around the house and stuff, so, it's better than nothing.
