I restart every couple weeks and then everything gets in the way. Starting Monday I am on first vacation in over a year. While I want to have a good time, I know it would make me happier to fit into my clothes again. Still looking for the motivation to keep my bad habits in check. Another new beginning.

Sometimes a trip to the doctor to have your cholesterol levels checked, along with blood pressure and sugar levels at an annual physical can be the incentive one needs to diet. It will also give you more numbers to beat besides your weight or dress size. The bonus is that you will preventing future problems like diabetes or heart disease that would have negative effects on your family.
