I had a pretty good weekend. I got to spend time with some of my favorite people and spent some quality time with my family. What has really made my weekend is that 3 people whom I have not seen since my lifestyle change who also did not know that I've been trying to lose weight, all said that I look like I lost weight. It's only been 10lbs and I can't see the change, but it really motivates me to continue on this journey!
