well, I'm down ounces again today.. but atleast it's a loss!!! woo! I had a little while when I did not feel well yesterday afternoon but I just rested for a bit and when I felt better i ate a little something and then worked out. good stuff, except it tends to make me stay up late workout out past 7. oh well..I'll survive. but hooooray! I another day another (small) losss.Happy Hump day folks!
