Breakfast - coffee and broth Lunch - Atkins shake Dinner - bleu-cheese crusted pork loin, acorn squash, green beans, and cauli-rice.
Exercise - AM - stretching and 5 sets of 20 crunches, 5 sets of 20 pushups, then rode the bike to work all day - lots of walking, short bike ride to deliver Lindsey's bike to her. PM - bike ride home, then to the park with the dogs.
