Tony chachere's creole seasoning , ground black pepper, mustard and goya adobo seasoning , for me it's hard too, I still want to eat chocolate at night, I am eating it every day but now just in a little pieces

SO COOL..I HAD FORGOT @ CREOLE SEASONING ..I MAKE A MEAN SHRIMP ETOUFFEE..MAYBE TONIGHT...I HAVE DONE SO MUCH BETTER ON SWEETS AND SNACKS..MY WIFE LOVES THEM BOTH (SHE IS TALL AND THIN BUT THINKS SHES FAT I THINK SHE IS PERFECT) IF THERE NOT AROUND ITS LESS A PROBLEM..BRAVO ON YOUR DISCIPLINE OF THROWING THEM OUT.

I have been all my life thinking that I am fat and I was weighing a few years ago 105 lbs, last year I noticed that I was skinny in my old pictures, I gained 42 lbs in the last three years , most of the pounds last year.

AND I WAS ALWAYS VERY ATHLETIC WITH LEAN STRONG MUSCLES BUT FIVE KIDS AND WALL STREET MADE ME SOFT BUT WHEN I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR I STILL SAW A STUD..IT WAS JUST WHEN I SAW PICTURES OF A FAT GUY AND MY CLOTHES DIDNT FIT THAT I REALIZED THE STUD WAS GONE..HE WILL COME BACK!
