Ostern vorbei. Jetzt wieder Zeit für die Diät und regelmäßiges Training.

Ziel bis Ende Juli 88 Kilo.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
